The communications team at TFH is looking to grow and engage its community in Latin America.

As the LatAm social media lead, you'll be responsible for creating, scheduling and posting regional social media content targeted to users across Central and South America. This includes managing a content calendar and working cross functionally with internal teams (marketing, comms, ops, legal, etc.) as well as consultants to ensure a steady stream of relevant, engaging digital content. You'll also be responsible for using analytics to inform strategies and track progress.

When necessary, you may be asked to assist with global social media needs as well given growing global interest in the Worldcoin project. Social media channels in your purview may include X, Instagram, Threads, Discord, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and Farcaster.In this role, you will:Develop and execute a robust social media content calendarCreate engaging social media content for platforms such as X, Instagram, Threads, Discord, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok and FarcasterWork closely with marketing, comms, ops and other teams to coordinate social media efforts with broader campaigns and ensure consistencyMonitor and respond to community commentsMonitor emerging social media trendsTrack analyticsAbout you:Must be fluent (ideally native) in both Spanish (LatAm) and EnglishBachelor's degree in related field and 2-3 years of experience managing social media platformsExceptional communication and organization skillsAbove average copywriting and critical thinking skills; keen eye for detailProficiency in content creation tools and software, including graphic design, video editing, etc.Understanding of social media platforms, algorithms and trendsAbility to work, either remotely or in person, in a fast-paced, exciting startup environmentStrong project management skillsPassion for innovation and continuous learningAn understanding of the Worldcoin project and its missionWhat we offer in San Francisco:An open and collaborative office space in downtown SFUnlimited PTOMonthly Phone Reimbursement or a company deviceDaily DoorDash credit for in-office mealsTop-tier medical, dental, vision insurance401k + employer match program

The reasonably estimated salary for this role at TFH in San Francisco ranges from

$120,000 - $140,000 , plus a competitive long term incentive package, and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.
