Compliance Review Specialist

plays a pivotal role in ensuring that our digital marketing campaigns for healthcare clients comply with regulatory requirements and conform to our client promotional material policies and procedures for MLR (Medical, Legal, and Regulatory) review. You will work closely with our internal teams to prepare and submit content for MLR review and to coordinate the overall MLR processWhat you’ll be doingManage Marketing Material Lifecyle through MLR Process:Prepare materials for MLR review ensuring client standards have been held including a final QA for all submissions to ensure all requirements or requested changes have been includedOversee healthcare marketing materials from initial concept through final approval within Veeva Vault in partnership with the project management teamCoordinate and track regulatory submissions, communicating any timelines visible within vault to the project management and service line teamsTrack submissions through their lifecycle and alert internal teams when documents are approaching expiration and need to be either updated or flagged for extended approval for distribution timelinesEnsure Adherence to Agency Compliances Procedures:Enforce agency accountability by ensuring team adheres to operating proceduresUpdate documentation for best practice compliance procedures as requiredMaintaining appropriate systems and documentation filesFollow compliance monitoring and auditing processesCoordinate & Maintain agency compliance training following client policies and proceduresProvide Compliance Guidance:Act as a primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries from compliance, medical and legal regulatory reviewers.Address and resolve any compliance concerns promptly and effectivelyProvide guidance and training to internal teams on client healthcare compliance requirements and best practices for onboarding and updatesAddress compliance issues to mitigate risks associated with healthcare marketing campaignsWhat you’ll bringPreference to have experience in healthcare/pharmaceutical digital marketing compliance requirementsKnowledge of Medical, Legal & Regulatory review processes and preferable Veeva Vault experienceProofreading/QA skillsMeticulous attention to detailExcellent Organizational SkillsExperience in cross-functional leadership to ensure ensuring training + onboarding of new team members to complete compliance requirementsPerforming audits to ensure ongoing adherance to compliance guidelinesCritical thinking to assess and interpret feedback and briefing in teams based on MLR feedbackWorkflow management of the review and approval processManaging and organizing changes in requirements + key learningsExperience communicating effectively and confidently across all business levels in a professional mannerAble to manage deadlines and plan time effectivelyProfessional standard in the use of Microsoft Office suite, SharePointe & Adobe PDFOur valuesWe do excellent workWe keep our wordWe do the right thingWe do goodWe find a better wayWhat you’ll get in returnWe want your time at Everybody to be the best place you’ve worked - professionally and personally.
