Lifetime Windows and Siding, an established leader in home remodeling across windows, siding, bathroom remodeling, roofing, and solar, is in search of a visionary and take-charge Growth Marketing Manager to join our expanding team. Stationed in the Denver metro area, this role is pivotal for an independent, self-disciplined marketer who thrives under pressure and enjoys the challenge of leading our omnichannel lead generation strategies. With a natural sense of urgency and a knack for handling a variety of tasks, the ideal candidate will drive customer acquisition through both innovative digital and traditional marketing channels. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working from home one day per week and is perfect for someone who is confident in their ability to manage significant marketing initiatives and collaborate effectively across departments. As our Growth Marketing Manager, you would report to the Senior Director of Marketing.

Omnichannel Marketing Strategy:

Strategize, plan, and execute integrated marketing campaigns to grow lead flow and improve lead quality, using a mix of paid and organic social, paid search, TV, print, and SEO.Data-Driven Decision Making:

Utilize performance metrics to optimize campaigns, lower cost per lead (CPL), and maximize media efficiency ratio (MER) and return on ad spend (ROAS).Budget Management:

Lead monthly budget discussions, strategically allocate ad spend, and ensure adherence to financial guidelines.Collaborative Leadership:

Work closely with PR, Sales, and Field Marketing teams to enhance brand awareness and meet marketing objectives.Reporting and Analytics:

Provide actionable insights through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports to stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in marketing strategies.Qualifications

Extensive Marketing Experience:

6+ years in B2C lead generation or growth marketing, with a proven record of scaling consumer services.Educational Background:

Bachelor's or higher degree in marketing, business administration/management, or a related field.Technical Proficiency:

Hands-on experience with Google Search Console, Analytics, WordPress, and advanced data tools like PowerBI.Analytical Acumen:

Exceptional analytical abilities to synthesize complex data into actionable strategies.Strong Interpersonal Skills:

Demonstrated success in working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver project goals.Industry Knowledge:

Experience in the home improvement/home services industry is highly preferred.In the First 30 Days, Expect To
