If you’re ready to take your career to the next level, we have an opportunity for you to grow with GXO.Pay, benefits and more.We are eager to attract the best, so we offer competitive compensation and a generous benefits package, including full health insurance (medical, dental and vision), 401(k), life insurance, disability and more.What you’ll do on a typical day:Develop and deliver in-role training sessionsWork directly with stakeholders to identify learning needs and develop training deliverablesDesign engaging, inclusive, multi-modal content to be accessed by diverse user baseCreate assessment questions that correlate to learning objectivesDevelop and maintain continual education support materials and job refresher aides to use once training has been completedAnalyze the success of training initiatives by evaluating learning outcomes and knowledge transferProvide reporting for leadership on the effectiveness of instructional materials, activities, and assessmentsCollaborate with operations leaders, and HR to identify training participantsBe creative and adaptable in re-designing training programs to meet business needsManage multiple projects simultaneously while working independentlyWhat you need to succeed at GXO:At a minimum, you’ll need:Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience1 year experience in eLearning creation and data analysis to measure effectiveness of trainingProficiency with MS Office applications to include Excel, Power Point, Articulate, Google Slides and graphic designAvailability to work a flexible schedule as needed, including planned and unplanned overtime, which may include weekendsAvailability to travel domestically 5-10%It’d be great if you also have :Bachelor’s degree in instructional design or education4 years' experience in instructional design and training deliveryExperience in Supply Chain or LogisticsStrong, facilitation, presentation, critical thinking, and problem-solving skillsSolid project and time management skills with the ability to multitask and manage operations and student expectationsExcellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audienceWe engineer faster, smarter, leaner supply chains.#LI-DK1GXO is a leading provider of cutting-edge supply chain solutions to the most successful companies in the world.
