We are excited to announce a new position for an ambitious and experienced Growth Marketing Manager who can supercharge our media strategy and execution across our 10 locations. A pivotal part of this role is leading our dynamic Brand Ambassador program, where you'll spearhead our presence at home shows and events to educate homeowners about our solutions. Plus, you'll collaborate with our entire marketing team to craft best-in-class lifecycle marketing strategies and campaigns.

GET LEADS:

Work with media vendor/agencies to place advertisement across all mediums to hit lead targets by market and service type. Measure and optimize channels & tactics through a data-driven rationale. Ensure the correct assets are delivered to the advertising channel. Stay current with digital marketing trends and potential new channels, reporting enhancements, attribution, etc. Provide reporting to VP & other marketing teams to influence upcoming campaigns & priorities.MANAGE BUDGET:

Create, monitor & optimize ad budget to ensure efficacy. Assist in annual budget planning in partnership with operations & finance. Verify invoices received for paid media and related tools are accurate and on time in partnership with financeLEAD & MANAGE EVENTS MANAGER:

Manage Events Manager & corresponding brand ambassador program to ensure attendance at the most valuable trade shows and events. Elevate the brand at these shows in partnership with creative team with booth design, swag, and lead generation flow into Salesforce CRM.NURTURE CAMPAIGNS:

Create lifecycle campaigns to drive prospects through the sales funnel to conversion & customers to advocacy through email, text, and social marketing channels. Create audience segments and personalized customer journeys w/ marketing automation software.WHAT YOU NEED

KNOWLEDGE:

A minimum of five (5) years' experience developing lead generation campaigns across digital, print, broadcast, events & experience managing a multi-million-dollar advertising budget. A minimum of two (2) years' experience overseeing a marketing team that supports lead generation, the ability to cast a vision and hold a team accountable to achieving goals. Prior experience as a Paid Media Manager, Acquisition Marketing Manager, Demand Generation Manager or Digital Marketing Manager highly preferred.ABILITY:

The ability to use data to showcase program performance & to synthesize this for executive reports. Ability to handle multiple priorities and discern what takes priority.SKILLS:

Excellent communication & presentation skills. Comfort with data and its ability to generate leads on time and on budget. Is also a team player/coach with the skills to collaborate with marketing team & cross-functionally.
