COMPENSATION:

$55,000 - $70,000 Depending on experience, Ability to earn performance bonuses

The Community Manager is the top site-level position at Redstone Residential and is responsible for all aspects of property operation. The Traveling Community Manager would help provide additional coverage and assist properties with reaching all operational and financial goals. The Traveling Community Manager will report to Redstone's National Director of Leasing.

Monitor Redstone Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) on-site, which involves managing the property to the approved operating budgetTravel when needed to local and out-of-state propertiesOversee the lease-up of propertiesCollect rent and manage delinquencyTemporarily fill vacancies in Community Manager roles when necessarySubmit weekly and monthly reports to Redstone.Provide training for team members and conduct weekly team meetingsCreate a positive environment that enhances the experience for our residentsBuild and maintain relationships with campus and community resourcesPromote and emphasize outstanding customer service through staff training and ongoing job performance evaluationsWork collaboratively with other staff members in a highly entrepreneurial environment.Manage projects ranging from marketing initiatives to construction projectsEXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:

3+ years of property management experience required in student housing or multifamily property managementAbility to use and quickly learn technology - Google Apps, Microsoft Office, cloud-based management, and dashboarding softwareAbility to manage projects and multitask several processes at once under stressful conditionsExperience with Entrata Software or familiarity with PM software is a plusDetail-oriented work ethic, experience managing a budget, P&L ownershipTeam Player - able to inspire team members to high levels of performance and to provide constructive feedback as needed"Client-ready" professional demeanor and presentation. Previous client interface experience is required.
