Citi's U.S. Personal Banking business has a unique opportunity to leverage its consumer relationships, customer base, footprint, state of the art technology and leading consumer banking position to deliver customer value in a targeted and impactful way. To deliver on this mission, we are seeking to hire a Product Manager- Promotional Balance Products Customer Experience to be part of the U.S. Unsecured Lending organization.

This product manager will be responsible for enhancing the value proposition and features for Balance Transfers and Promotional Purchase Rates in the U.S. across Citi Branded Cards for Existing Customers. This individual will be responsible for key Product Management activities related to Balance Transfer and Promotional Purchase Rates including the implementation of the product strategy, customer experience improvements, digital funnel performance, journey optimization, and customer servicing. This individual will also track and monitor customer feedback and problem solve to implement client centric solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Support the implementation of the Balance Transfer and Promotional Purchase Rate Offers strategy across Citi Branded Cards.Enhance the Balance Transfer and Promotional Purchase Rate value proposition by developing capabilities and solutions in close partnership with all U.S. consumer business product/portfolio teams.Develop and drive the digital roadmap to create a pipeline that supports CX enhancements and increased digital enrollment.Partner with Technology and Digital teams to implement a seamless Balance Transfer and Promotional Purchase Rates experience.Apply design principles of speed, simplicity, and instant fulfillment by developing best-in-class journeys and experiences.Develop a deep understanding of customer needs through various feedback channels and execute on action plans and projects to increase customer satisfaction. Assess and identify opportunities to enhance Customer Service through agent trainings and focus groups, managing a continuous feedback loop.Partner with Marketing to innovate on campaign strategy and creative assets to optimize response & profitability performance.Improve product discoverability and availability. Work closely with cross-functional teammates to execute on agreed priorities within established operating plans and timelines.Maintain a customer-first mindset in all decisions and thinking.

Qualifications

5+ years in unsecured lending, product development, product management, or similar roleBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.Enthusiasm for exceptional digital products & services, and a customer first focus with an empathetic and genuine understanding of customer needs.Ability to communicate complex topics to key stakeholders at both business and technical levels.Demonstrated ability to build internal relationships with broad set of stakeholders across the franchise in order to drive to common goals and outcomes. Able to embrace innovation and change, and to transform and materially change the business trajectory.Execution and results oriented with a desire to drive change and continuous improvement.Strong communication skills, ability to influence and partner in a matrix and cross-functional organization.Strategic, analytical, and systematic thinker who consistently challenges the status quo and constructively challenges the team to drive change and improvement.Demonstrates problem-solving skills and ability to respond quickly and creatively to complex issues.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications
