Willowood Apartments in Trotwood, Ohio.

Community Size:

124 units

What We're Looking For:

Minimum of 2+ years as a property manager in the multifamily residential industry.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Familiarity with budgeting, financial reporting, and cost control.Strong written and verbal communication, self-motivation, and attention to detail.Adept at overseeing and resolving a variety of challenges.Valid driver's license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance.Willingness to undergo drug and background checks upon a job offer.Other Helpful Skills and Competencies:

CAM® or CAPS® designation.Experience working directly with property owners.Yardi experience (preferred).What You'll Do:

Oversee daily operations of the community to ensure a positive living experience for residents.Develop and implement community programs and events to enhance resident engagement.Manage leasing activities, including showing properties, processing applications, and preparing lease agreements.Maintain strong relationships with residents, addressing their concerns and providing timely solutions.Coordinate with maintenance and administrative teams to ensure property upkeep and compliance with company standards.Monitor and manage community budgets, financials, and occupancy rates.Enforce community policies and regulations to maintain a safe and harmonious environment.Working Hours:

Monday-Friday 8am to 6pm.
