Position Overview:

Our tech client is seeking a creative and results-driven Content Manager to join the team.In this role, you will play a pivotal role in crafting compelling content that showcases how solutions drive business transformation.You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather customer insights, develop engaging narratives, and ensure our marketing materials maintain the company's high editorial standards.Responsibilities:

Produce compelling content to support customer marketing and solutions across multiple content formats that highlights how the company helps businesses transform.Maintain an editorial calendar and manage customer interview pipeline.Develop existing production processes and tracking systems to create a more transparent workflow.Manage the approval process with customers and internal stakeholders for Customer Marketing contentPartner with cross-functional teams (Product Marketing, Campaigns, Partner Marketing, Competitive Intelligence) to support our key messages with customer evidence.Partner with the Communications, Brand, and Content teams to ensure Customer Marketing materials meet *** editorial standards and consistencyWork with customer marketing team to produce our content-compose briefs, review work from partners, and publish assets on the website and internal systems, supporting their work with your own high-impact copywriting.Additional tasks include:

Identify and nominate compelling customer stories.Conduct outreach to accounts and customers for interviews.Schedule and coordinate customer interviews.Collaborate on drafting content briefs and editing stories from other writers.Create web page copy and ensure alignment with SEO best practices.Facilitate asset collection from customers and manage the approval process.Input content into the company's internal databases and manage workflow via internal communication tools.Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Marketing, Business, or a related field.Proven experience in content creation, preferably in B2B marketing or customer storytelling.Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a focus on clarity and impact.Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.Experience with content management systems (e.g., Wordpress) and basic knowledge of SEO principles.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across teams.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.Education:

Undergraduate degree in Journalism, Marketing, Business or other related field.
