We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join the Media Team, under the Marketing Department. You'll be responsible for negotiating and developing traditional and digital media campaigns for our wine and spirit brands. You'll have strong support from your fellow Media Team members, the larger Marketing Department, and your leadership so you can continue to develop your professional experience.

You'll start this role by focusing on traditional media tactics, which include but are not limited to out-of-home, flyovers, TV commercials, vehicle wraps, and radio. Digital tactics such as streaming TV/ OTT, streaming radio, podcasts, display, SEO/SEM, and geofencing, will follow.

This is a full-time, in-house position onsite in Los Angeles. You must have reliable transportation.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Building holistic media plans that outline full-funnel tactics for campaignsNegotiating proposals with 3rd party vendorsResearching and identifying target audiences appropriate for each media tactic and campaignCoordinating development and delivery of ad creativeMaintaining media support campaign calendarsParticipating in creative sessions with cross functional teams (Brand Team, Design Team, Events & Sponsorships Team) to develop ad creative and messagingOccasionally riding the market to scope out-of-home advertising placements and opportunitiesDeveloping, nurturing relationships with vendorsPreparing pre- and post-campaign recapsMonitoring ads spend and budget, ensuring marketing dollars are maximized and spent wiselyAnalyzing campaign performance and making recommendations for future planningIdentifying appropriate locations, audiences, and demos for adsOccasional support for on-set productionOccasional data entryLight copy writingCoding invoicesSupporting Media Strategists with tasks and support as needed.Supports various projects on an as needed basis for the Marketing Department.Minimum Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years in media marketing, ideally in media buying, planning, and/or strategyStrong interpersonal skills - this position requires you to develop and nurture relationships with many media partnersCapable of working independently and as part of a teamExcellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong time-management skills and an ability to organize and coordinate multiple concurrent projects.Strong ability to follow up and give clear feedback if needed.Ability to interact and collaborate with all functional levels and business areas.Develop and maintain strong working relationships with others.Strong relational skills and ability to anticipate needs.Comfortable working in an in-person and mobile, interactive environment.Flexible team player, willing to adapt to changes and unafraid of challenges.Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information related to the company.High level of emotional intelligence and ability to navigate complex situations.Self-starter, able to work in a space of ambiguity and evolving role and solutions oriented.Problem solver, resourceful, and able to find solutions independently.Competent with all reporting systems, Microsoft Office, Asana, Adobe Creative Suite.Experience in Audio/Editing/3D Imaging/Motion Graphics a plus.Bilingual a plus

Pay Range

$24-$29 USD
