This role involves providing reporting and analysis on all aspects of our customer journeys in each of our unique product brands. Campaigns include email marketing, SMS and MMS campaigns, print and social media.Marketing KPI Reporting: Provide weekly, monthly, quarterly and ad-hoc reporting on conversion rates, website traffic, product mix and changes in consumer behaviorPresentation Skills: Use data to tell the marketing story behind campaign performance, trends and new opportunities and communicate clearly to our Executive and Marketing TeamProduct Launch Support: Provide data documentation on key product line metrics in the creation of each of CADYs product launch materialsBudget Monitoring: Tracking of marketing spend on all marketing campaigns and determination of campaign ROIPricing forecasting: Ability to forecast changes in pricing and long term impact on KPIsMarket Research: Conduct thorough audience and market research, and demographic analysis to understand the preferences, needs, and behaviors of our target customers.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with overall objectives and internal product launches.Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our brand remains innovative and relevant in the market.Job Requirements4+ years of experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar roleDegree in marketing or relevant fieldExpertise in Google Analytics (GA4 Certified)Experience with Salesforce Marketing campaignsStrong analytical abilitiesEcommerce experienceAdvanced Excel skillsAbility to present high level data in a presentable manner to the Marketing and Executive Teams using PowerPoint, Keynote or Google SlidesCuriosity and ability to digest large amount of data and provide key level take aways to tell a marketing storyCompensation: $70,000-$75,000 + Bonus
