ModMed (https://www.modmed.com/company/) is hiring a driven Graphic Designer to join our positive, passionate, and high-performing Marketing team focused on developing diverse marketing collateral and communications, managing digital marketing tools, and providing high-impact graphic design support across departments as needed. This is an exciting opportunity to create unique, powerful, and engaging graphics consistent with our dynamic company’s brand within a fast-paced Healthcare IT company that is truly Modernizing Medicine!

Your Role:

Produce engaging graphic design materials for marketing deliverables, including but not limited to print ads, brochures, sales materials, white papers, large-scale graphic development and signage for trade shows and conferences, email graphics, banner ads, Google ads, website images, social media graphics, and other marketing collateral.

Utilize expert production skills and excel at working with complex file requirements and specifications.

Ensure consistent and up-to-date branding on all collateral.

Development of PowerPoint presentations for company and departmental use.

Research and recommend new technology and associated processes to achieve marketing goals and best practices.

Work with other designers and support their growth.

Other related responsibilities and projects as assigned.

Skills & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or experience in graphic/web design and marketing, preferred.

5-7 years of marketing and branding design experience, including print, web, and digital. Agency experience preferred.

Advanced proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite with a concentration in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.

Advanced proficiency with presentation software including PowerPoint and Google Slides.

Experience editing HTML, CSS, and WordPress platforms is a plus

In-depth understanding of corporate branding principles.

Strong project management and prioritization skills.

Ability to operate under pressure and deliver projects upon deadline.

Deliver creative and innovative design concepts.

Impeccable attention to detail.

Excellent written communication skills.

Must possess a portfolio showcasing work samples.
