Bambini Montessori, a leading provider of educational programs for young minds, is seeking a driven Enrollment Specialist & Marketing Specialist t to join our expanding team. We offer a hybrid work model, allowing you to leverage your skills both in-office and remotely.

Our team fosters a culture of excellence, and we're dedicated to helping families unlock their child's full potential. Responsibilities:
Enrollment Champion:
Be the first point of contact for families seeking exceptional educational opportunities. You'll convert leads into enrollments through compelling presentations and effective communication of our unique programs.
Marketing Maestro:
Oversee all marketing efforts, crafting creative strategies to increase brand awareness and drive enrollment.
Data-Driven Decision Maker:
Generate and analyze reports on activities and results, ensuring our marketing efforts are laser-focused.
Community Connector:
Build relationships and promote Bambini Montessori by actively participating in local events.
Qualifications:
Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, with a proven track record of exceeding quotas.
Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work independently and take ownership of results.
Passion for education and a commitment to quality childhood experiences.
Associates degree (or equivalent) at minimum. Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education (or related field) is preferred. A combination of education and experience may be considered.
Must be able to travel between two locations (Gambrills & Ellicott City).
Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive base salary
Base Salary:
$45,000
per year plus commission on enrollments.
Hybrid work model (combination of in-office and remote work).
