The targeted compensation rate for this full time year round, non-exempt position is $24. The position offers a competitive compensation package presented by Auberge Resorts Collection.

Job Description

Join the Marketing team at Madeline Hotel & Residences as a Marketing & Experience Coordinator and become one of the authors of our story. The Marketing & Experience Coordinator role is key to the success of our property as we continue to elevate our positioning and create personalized, unique guest experiences that set us apart. The ideal candidate will maintain a strong entrepreneurial spirit, and is a self-starting team player that's organized, efficient, great at communicating and is willing to roll up their sleeves to implement change.Programming & ExperiencesWork closely with the marketing and property teams to plan upcoming events, programming and experiences, ensuring timeline, setup and execution is on-point and consistent

Way.com Experience PlatformReview all current experiences on Way.com and update in partnership with the marketing team to reflect on-brand and accurate wording, pricing, and imageryOversee Coordinate and communications pre-arrival with Events team

Experience Calendars/Collateral/SignageWorking with the marketing team to create and update monthly Social Calendars, ensuring all information is up to date and correct

Experience Marketing & Communication (External)Updating website, special collateral and calendars in partnership with marketing teamCapturing videos/content of experiences + events

Retail ShoppePurchasing, organizing, managing inventory and storage in partnership with marketing team and front office team

Local partners/vendorsRoom reservations for partnerships, ensuring all aspects are correct and communicated both internally and externally

Guest JourneySupporting with implementation and execution of amenities, turndown, welcome & departure

Miscellaneous creative projects and brand maintenance throughout property as neededQualifications

Qualifications:

A willingness to follow procedure, complete tasks in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner, maintain proper attendance, and comply with company policiesAdaptability, strong organization and time management skillsA passion for visual excellence and consistencyClear and strong communication, working with all departments of the hotelDetail oriented with a desire to present all activities and gifts at the highest standardIndependent worker who can be a leader and on property ambassador for the marketing team
