We are currently seeking a skilled and motivated Contents Packout Division Manager to lead our team and ensure the highest standards of service.

Position OverviewAs the Contents Packout Division Manager, you will oversee the entire packout process, ensuring that clients' belongings are carefully inventoried, packed, transported, and stored. You will lead a team of professionals, coordinate with clients and other departments, and ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the contents division.

Job Duties

Managing and overseeing the contents packout process, including inventory, packing, transportation, and storage of clients' belongings.Leading, training, and motivating a team of packout technicians to ensure high-quality service and efficiency.Developping and maintaining packout schedules and work plans to meet project deadlines.Ensuring all contents are handled with care and documented accurately.Coordinating with clients to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the status of their belongings.Implementing and enforcing company policies, procedures, and safety standards.Resolving any issues or conflicts that arise during the packout process.Maintaining accurate records of packout activities, costs, and timelines.Continuously seeking ways to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the contents packout division.Maintaining vehicles in clean, serviceable conditionProviding excellent Customer ServiceWorking under time constraints to meet specific timelinesEnsuring attention to detail and keen sense of safeguarding other people's property and informationComplying with all above cleaning and restoration policies and procedures, as well as legislative requirementsSkills Imperative to The Job:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 3 years of experience in contents packout, restoration, or a related field.Proven leadership and team management skills.Excellent organizational and project management abilities.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Proficiency in inventory management software and tools.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Basic / Intermediate / Advanced computer and/or tablet/iPad experience with ContentsTrack, Microsoft Office and DashIICRC certifications would be a plus,Occasional lifting from 41 lbs +, assisted (up to 50% of the time)Self-starter, strong work ethic, great organizational skills, and planningSpeaks fluently English and Spanish is a must,Clean background check subject to applicable law.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
