As our Telemarketer - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and market products or services that maximize value. You may also assist in developing strategies and establishing quotas for our agency.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.Work with the agent to establish and meet marketing goalsDevelop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, accounting, or a related field (preferred).Must be able to obtain relevant insurance and licenses.Proven experience working as a financial services representative (preferred).Strong attention to detailsExcellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills.Exceptional customer service skills.Successful track record of meeting sales goals/quotas preferredBe able to work in-officeBENEFITS:
