The Sales Account Manager is responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty by providing excellent customer service, sales support, and account management. The successful candidate will work closely with customers to develop and maintain relationships, manage account activities, and respond to inquiries and requests.
Sales Account Manager Duties and Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong customer relationshipsDevelop and implement sales strategies and plans to meet customer needsRespond to customer inquiries and provide support as neededMonitor customer accounts and ensure satisfactionManage customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely mannerAnalyze customer data to identify trends and recommend strategiesTrack and report customer data, sales performance, and other metricsPrepare reports and presentations for customers, senior management, and other stakeholdersSales Account Manager Requirements and Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales or related fieldProven experience in sales account managementExcellent customer service and sales support skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsAble to work independently and as part of a teamProficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Compensation: $19.00 per hour
