Tiny Spoon Chef is actively looking for a Marketing Manager to become a integral part of our team. As the Marketing Manager for our esteemed personal chef company, you will play a pivotal role in defining and executing our marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility, drive customer acquisition, and elevate our market presence. This role is ideal for a creative and strategic marketer who thrives in a dynamic, culinary-driven environment. Our secret ingredient? Finding great and long-lasting clients.Wage: Starting at $70,000 (BOE)Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, with a flexible start and end time. This is a hybrid position meaning some in-person and at-home work. New England location is preferred.Please note that we use E-Verify to electronically confirm Form I-9 information to verify employee's identity and employment eligibility.Key Responsibilities

Formulate comprehensive marketing plans that align with business objectives, focusing on both short-term tactical execution and long-term strategic growth.Cultivate and maintain our brand identity across all channels, ensuring consistency and resonance with our target audience.Lead digital marketing initiatives to generate leads and increase conversion rates.Oversee the creation of compelling content that engages and educates our audience, including blog posts, newsletters, videos, and other relevant materials.Conduct market research to identify trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights to inform marketing strategies and optimize campaign performance.Effectively manage marketing budgets, allocate resources efficiently, and measure ROI on marketing activities.Collaborate with our Client Success TeamRequirementsMinimum of 4 years in a marketing role, ideally within the food and or professional services.Ability to analyze data to translate data into actionable insights and strategies.Demonstrated success in leading and motivating a team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.Must be proficient in HubSpotMust have B2C experience and inbound marketingTravel requirement:Up to 15% travelSkills and Abilities
