SUMMARY

The Marketing Operations Manager is an integral role within the marketing department that will focus on planning, execution, optimization, and measurement of marketing activities. You will partner with various stakeholders to manage a wide range of program execution processes, technologies, and data to enhance overall efficiencies and effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Partner with key stakeholders across marketing, sales operations, finance, and customer success to gather and analyze operational business requirements for marketing driven initiatives.Monitor and ensure the quality of the marketing database to effectively manage and optimize lead and account engagement scoring models across all relevant marketing platforms.Develop and maintain scalable best practice processes to accurately capture comprehensive metrics to inform the impacts of marketing and sales initiatives on business performance.Quickly identify and resolve issues within lead creation systems and marketing programs, providing data-driven insights to enhance performance against targets and goals.Support the creation and dissemination of best practice documentation and training related to marketing automation, testing, privacy compliance, and expected outcomes.Assist in new marketing technology evaluations by building business cases and overseeing implementation and onboarding to ensure alignment with existing infrastructure and processes.

PREFERRED SKILLS

BA/BS or equivalent working experience.3+ years experience with sales and/or marketing automation technologies.A knack for identifying and investigating anomalies in data and operations.Motivated self-starter who thrives in fast paced environments.Critical thinking and analytical skills with strong attention to details.Strong project management, process improvement, and communication skills, verbally and written.Experience with Marketo, Ringlead, and/or Salesforce is a plus.

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS

Ability to operate a computer and work at a desk for extended periods.Occasional travel for business purposes may be required for events, conferences, or client meetings.
