THE POSITION

Are you looking for an exciting internship experience? Our paid, part-time Internship Program provides real-world experience for students who are interested in the live entertainment industry. This exciting position offers the selected individual the opportunity to learn about C3’s booking and marketing programs for casino entertainment across the country and Canada, including Caesars properties, The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, and more. You’ll work alongside all aspects of the casino team (booking, marketing, contracts) to learn how we take a show from pitch to confirmation to a sold-out show.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Track competing shows in all markets

Compile ticket sales reports

Pull marketing research

Complete various 3rd party marketing materials

Compose marketing grids

Track artist news and updates for social media

Work with marketing team members and their media contacts in various markets for promotional support

Cross-reference artist websites and socials for confirmation of correct show information

Work with digital team to provide accurate and up-to-date show info in order to build social media ads

Pull content for and publish website builds

Provide input on marketing copy

Review and verify accuracy of artist/property deal points and contracts

Build media spreadsheets with statistical information on media outlets in various markets

Various office tasks – assisting with marketing invoicing, checking/distributing mail, etc.

Assist with talent booking responsibilities

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

This role requires you to be in our Austin, TX office Tuesday-Thursday. It is not a remote internship opportunity

Currently enrolled in an accredited College or University

Previous experience preferred (school, internship, or professional)

Creative thinker and problem solver

Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Must have own laptop to bring to the office

Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook skills

Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy

A strong sense of teamwork and ability to execute programs

Understanding and proficiency with Photoshop encouraged but not required

Preferred interest in music industry

Commit to a minimum of 15 hours or 3 days per week on a part-time basis
