Job Description
Sixt is looking for a Remarketing Sales Specialist responsible for all aspects of remarketing our de-fleeted vehicles. They will achieve this by building and maintaining relationships with local independent and franchise car dealers and auctions. The ideal candidate possesses the following attributes:Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong organizational skills and the ability to multi-taskAble to manage stressful or unusual situationsAble to adapt to a fast-paced environmentKey Responsibilities:
Conduct business-to-business sales of used vehicles.Manage and develop all disposal channels, including Auction Sales and Dealer Direct.Create and manage buyer relationships while maintaining high customer service and professionalism.Ensure all auction processes are aligned with strategic remarketing objectives.Ensure local pricing is aligned with strategic pricing goalsEffectively resolve issues, conflicts, challenges, and opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction and good business practicePerform all other duties as assignedQualifications
Bachelor's degree required
Minimum 2 years of remarketing experience in the automotive industryUnderstanding and ability to use online sales platforms is a plusExperience establishing a book of business (B2B sales)Excellent and proven management skillsMust have valid driver's license with a clean driving recordLikely to require at least 30% travel, some of which may be by airplaneMust be authorized to work in the United StatesAbility to communicate in other languages (Spanish, Portuguese, Russian, German or French) is a plus
