You will help marketing leadership at all levels to make better, faster, and data-driven decisions so that they can achieve their results, improve campaign performance, and focus on customer trust. You will engage with marketing leaders to understand their needs, priorities, and problems to be solved. You will provide insights and data & analytics solutions to accelerate their business. You will lead a team with a unique blend of expertise in data-driven analysis, business strategy, and solution design.**Responsibilities**+ Manage and develop a team of analysts and data scientists to provide applicable insights and recommendations to marketing and executive leadership teams+ You will support business stakeholders in Worldwide Marketing with in-depth analysis, mining for insights to drive higher ROMI+ Be the data subject matter expert for marketing performance data understanding dataset structures, data quality, and appropriate analysis use cases+ Partner with our Analytics Engineering department to make changes to reporting layers and presentation data layers+ Highlight potential areas of concern for senior management based on your analysis+ Perform advanced qualitative and quantitative analyses that translate raw data into applicable insights and recommendations delivered in the form of reports and dashboards+ Leverage predictive modeling and machine learning to forecast trends and customer behavior+ Collaborate with Engineering and Finance teams to enhance data infrastructure and analytics platforms+ Influence strategic decisions through an understanding of data and analytics**Minimum Qualifications**+ 7+ years of leading global teams of data professionals+ Expertise in econometric, data mining, statistical analysis, or financial modeling techniques+ Experience with data analysis, SQL and relational databases, and visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau+ Familiarity with CRM systems and marketing automation tools+ Work with teams including Product, Engineering, IT, and Sales+ Be able to simplify the complex, quickly define the objective, propose a solution, and validate the hypothesis with data--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------**24WD79809, Gestionnaire principal, analyses marketing et perspectives commerciales****Aperu du poste**Sous la responsabilit du directeur de l'analyse marketing et de la stratgie des donnes, vous fournirez des informations et dbloquerez la puissance de ROMI grce une stratgie, une planification et une gestion des performances bases sur les donnes. For U.S.-based roles, we expect a starting base salary between $151,400 and $244,860. Offers are based on the candidates experience and geographic location, and may exceed this range.
