Summary:

We are looking for a Sales Director with a minimum of 7 years of experience in sales and 3 years of experience in the Fashion industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with excellent problem-solving skills, capable of leading and managing a team to achieve outstanding results. This role requires near-native English proficiency and the ability to present effectively in a client-facing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve company sales targets and growth objectives.Build, Lead and manage the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to ensure high performance.Leverage your existing book of business and network to drive sales and establish new business relationships.Implement the sales of new product lines and programsIdentify and pursue new sales opportunities with brands and retailers, both domestically and internationally.Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform sales strategies.Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to the executive team.Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for the company.Maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote our brand.Qualifications

Proficiency in English language skills at either B2 or C1 level is requiredBachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the fashion industry.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong existing book of business and network of brands and retailers in the fashion industry.Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven.Ability to travel as needed.
