Summary of Role:

This is a full-time exempt position that will be responsible for data gathering and timely marketing of all cases assigned to analyst by process deadlines, accuracy of final cost analysis, review of recommendations with client managers by agreed upon deadlines, maintain carrier contacts in salesforce, and overall vendor relationships (including dissemination of product information).

Essential Core Duties and Responsibilities

Calendar maintenance of marketing and analysis processVendor relationshipsData gathering from clients and carriers needed for RFP completionScrubbing census and eligibility data where necessaryNegotiation with vendors and final feedback to incumbentsEnsure spreadsheets are reviewed for accuracy against current and requested contractsContract comparison analysis where applicableFamiliarity with core carrier contracts, polices and differentiatorsCommunication to Employee Benefits teamon relevant product deliverablesVendor accountability for quote accuracyIntermediate excel skills a requirementMaintain server with quotes/final quoted terms from vendorsMaintain salesforcewith accurate vendor contactsAssist and organize the onboarding process for all new business cases and new business lines on designated accountsLimited experience in self- funding medical plans necessaryEffective negotiation skills with vendorsAttendance at weekly Employee Benefits meetings, planning sessions and NFP-Sponsored eventsDesired Skills

Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal communication skillsAdvanced MS Office skills, to include excel, word, power pointExtremely high ability to learn software/technology quicklyAbility to work both independently and within a team environmentProficiency in processing large amounts of information on an ongoing basisExceptional attention to detail and time management skillsStrong aptitude for organization and prioritizationDesire to work in a fast-paced environment with flexibility in duties and responsibilitiesDesired Qualifications:

Minimum 5 years of experience in Employee Benefits related IndustryCollege graduate preferredPowerBI experience a plus.

Licensing/Certifications:

Active Life and Health License preferred

Working Conditions:

Will work in a climate-controlled office environment.

Physical Demand:

Ability to sit at a computer for a long period of time as well in office.Duties require standing, walking, talking, sitting, and hearing.
