Fiber Designer

Description:?Develop and design detailed OSP system layouts, including route analysis, fiber optic cable placement, pole line and underground conduit systems, and other related infrastructureTelecom design and documentation of OSP and Fiber design, documentation, specifications, and construction administrationPerform field surveys and site visits to collect data and assess potential construction challengesCreate detailed drawings and maps using GIS (Geographic Information Systems) and CAD (Computer-Aided Design) softwareWork closely with municipal authorities and other utility services to obtain necessary permits and ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulationsMonitor project progress, providing updates and adjustments to designs as needed to address field changes or challengesAnalyze and select appropriate materials and technologies to optimize network performance and cost-efficiencyPartnering with Sr. designers for final drawings and calculationsResearching design solutions and industry best practicesMUST HAVES:+ Previous OSP of Fiber design experience+ Fiber Splice diagram creationAbout ActalentActalent is a global leader in engineering and sciences services and talent solutions.
