We specialize in supplying knives for metal processing equipment including shear blades, slitting knives and slitting spacers. We also provide mill and coil processing equipment rebuild and retrofit. Additionally, we provide service parts and roll and knife regrind services for rolling mills and strip processors and provide a wide range of mechanical and electrical components for ANDRITZ equipment, as well as for many other brands in the industry.The RoleThe Marketing Specialist plans, organizes, and executes marketing programs designed to increase awareness of the ANDRITZ Metals brand image, products and capabilities.Strategizes and executes broad-based marketing initiatives across multiple channels (email, website, online and offline advertising, events/webinars, etc.) to drive interest and consideration for our Institutional lines of business.Develops and implements dedicated marketing plans for institutional relationships to drive proactive client interest and new account growth, as well as onboarding experience optimizations.Develops deep understanding of targets, competitors, and the market to influence activities and inform internal stakeholders.Leverages best practices for using our technology stack and marketing tools, web experiences, internal and external marketing resources, creative approaches, data and insights.Coordinates demand generation activities, helping design integrated Sales and Marketing plans to reach the right contacts with the appropriate messages and the time needed.Works closely with Product, Operation, Sales and other cross-functional teams to ensure consistent alignment internally, as well as a superior experience externally.Facilitates cross-functional discussions and plans that impact prospect and client journeys.Ensures continuity of brand and messaging across multi-channel campaigns, website, advertising, email, and events/webinarsSeeks opportunities for improvements and growth based on marketing and sales performance.Leads strategic and tactical discussions with the corporate marketing team's shared services to identify and create impactful outputs across all media types.Performs other duties as assigned.Customer FocusOwnership for PerformanceShared CommitmentJob Specific CompetenciesMinimum 3 years of experience in a marketing roleExperience with industrial manufacturing, capital equipment, aftermarket services a plusPrior metals industry experience a plusMust be fluent in Microsoft OfficeCRM and ERP experienceSEO knowledge and experienceEducation and ExperienceBachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or related fieldAll qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, or disability.#J-18808-Ljbffr
