The

Publisher Development Specialist

will work closely with Customer Success and Sales Teams to help support the onboarding and maintenance of LiveIntent's publishers. The Publisher Development Specialist is expected to be a power user of LiveIntent's platform, reporting platforms and use his or her skills to troubleshoot new and existing clients. This position requires collaborating with multiple departments, attention to detail, providing excellent customer service, a positive professional attitude, and the ability to work in both a team environment and independently.

Responsibilities:Serve as a technical resource for troubleshooting and maintenance effortsExecute onboarding of net-new Publishers to the LiveIntent platformMake recommendations to the account team on client enhancementsMonitor daily, monthly & quarterly publisher yield and goalsSuggest improvements to LiveIntent's platform, systems and processWork with senior managers on various departmental initiatives, including reporting, client analysis, launching new products, and sales effortsWork cross functionally with technical account managers, product teams and account teams in order to troubleshoot newsletter templates, ad tags, specific ads and reportingQualifications:

Experience in a customer facing role or internshipBasic knowledge of HTML, SQL, or JavaScript is a plusDigital Media, AdTech, or Marketing Technology is plusExtremely detail oriented, organized and process drivenStrong proficiency in Excel and the MS Office suiteEntrepreneurial spirit and curiosity to learn and succeedAt LiveIntent, we've introduced a hybrid workplace model to be present with one another, share learnings and collaborate through in-office partnerships. Our office is located at One World Trade Center, with easy transportation access and incredible NYC skyline views. For this role, you'll need to join us in the office 3 days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday & Thursday), but not every week is needed, you'll also get at least one "Work from Anywhere" week each month to enjoy some flexibility.

The base salary for this position begins at $60,000 with a maximum salary opportunity of $75,000. When determining compensation for roles, we look at the qualifications needed for the position along with the mix of required and preferred skills/experiences, market data, and existing team equity. We rarely hire an individual into a position at the top of the salary band due to the belief that we are hiring people into roles that also challenge them to learn and grow. The band highlights that potential. We put an emphasis on growth and development through our performance and compensation reviews 2x a year in parallel with ongoing conversions with your manager throughout the year.
