We are in search of a detail-oriented and analytical Marketing Data Analyst to join our team in Navan. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of dedicated experience in marketing data analysis, a self-learner with a strong drive to excel, and a proven track record of turning data into actionable insights.

What You'll Do:

Working closely with their counterparts & peers in growth they will support the analytical needs of the North American marketing team & global marketing reportingInbound Marketing Data Analysis:

Evaluate and interpret data to measure the effectiveness of inbound marketing campaignsProvide insightful analysis on audience engagement, conversion rates, and other pertinent metrics

Forecasting and Planning:

Build and maintain the marketing demand planUtilize data analysis to forecast future marketing performaceAssist in developing marketing strategies and setting realistic targets based on insights.

Data Interpretation:

Utilize advanced analytics tools (Amplitude, Google Analytics 4, SFDC, ThoughtSpot, Splash, Excel) to derive actionable insights and recommendations for optimizationPresent findings clearly and concisely to stakeholders

Data-driven Decision Making:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data-driven decision-making into marketing strategiesSupport A/B testing and other data-driven experiments to improve marketing outcomes

Market Research Analytics:

Analyze market research data to uncover actionable insights shaping marketing strategiesStay informed about industry trends and their impact on marketing initiatives

Reporting and Infrastructure:

Build and maintain reports, ThoughtSpot dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performanceDevelop data processes and build data infrastructure for relevant stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

At least 3 years of dedicated experience in data analysisA self-learner and go-getter with a strong drive to excelStrong SQL skills with experience writing complex queriesExperience with data visualization tools like Amplitude, Tableau, ThoughtSpotStrong understanding of marketing metrics with past experience in building campaigns and creative reportsExcellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.Proven ability to contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.

The posted pay range represents the anticipated low and high end of the compensation for this position and is subject to change based on business need. To determine a successful candidate's starting pay, we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location, an evaluation of the candidate's skills and experience, market demands, and internal parity.

For roles with on-target-earnings (OTE), the pay range includes both base salary and target incentive compensation. Target incentive compensation for some roles may include a ramping draw period. Compensation is higher for those who exceed targets. Candidates may receive more information from the recruiter.
