Because, when theres emails and socials and articles and reports and copy and design and slides and more emails, you need someone to help organize it all.As a Coordinator, you will be a key member of the team, overseeing the day-to-day editorial operations to help ensure that our content production, publication, and distribution processes are collaborative, efficient, consistent, and reliable. Youll help shape and solidify the content production process and collaborate with the team to identify processes that are out of sync and propose solutions for the B2B Content Marketing team at SiriusXM Media.The ideal candidate is flexible, a strong cross-functional communicator, can juggle many moving parts and timelines, and ultimately laughs in the face of chaos (and turns it into a beautiful Monday board).What youll do:Oversee the drumbeat content process

and serve as the point-of-contact between the content marketers, the design/creative team and other internal partners.Help manage the editorial calendar

and work with the team to build, maintain and manage all the pieces. This includes but is not limited to: website, blog, social, email, paid digital, analytics, reports, playbooks, webinars, and IRL events.Coordinate daily content tasks

Review and clarify new projects, communicate requirements, determine priorities and production timelines.Discuss the priority of the projects and work with the content marketing managers to determine a plan, manage team workflow, and facilitate communication as needed.Consult with internal partners to strategize the development process for successful marketing content.

Contribute to internal cross-functional working groups

to build workflows, documentation, and guidelines for content production .Communicate ideal processes

to internal stakeholders to streamline requests and optimize our creative pipeline.Continuously monitor and improve project management processes and practices , using industry best practices to optimize project delivery and improve overall organizational efficiency.What youll need:BA/BS or relevant work experience4-5 years content, creative operations or project management experience,preferably in B2B/technology/media space.Ability to effectively collaborate and communicate with cross functional partners to set expectations, drive alignment, and achieve business objectivesAbility to remain focused when handling multiple projectsFamiliarity with most aspects of content marketing, integrated marketing campaigns, photo/video production, and creative file formatsProficiency in Outlook and Google WorkspaceUnderstanding of Photoshop layers, fonts, vector files; Illustrator, InDesign and FigmaProject management software, Monday.com, Atlassian Confluence, JIRAMust have legal right to work in the U.S.Our goal at SiriusXM is to provide and maintain a work environment that fosters mutual respect, professionalism and cooperation. We expect the base salary for this position to be in the range of $25.00 per hour to $40.00 per hour and will depend on your skills, qualifications, and experience. Additionally, this role might be eligible for discretionary short-term and long-term incentives.
