YOUR OPPORTUNITY As the Sr. Marketing & Events Manager for Zegna North America you will be responsible for supporting strategic brand planning and executing the regional marketing strategy (US and Canada) across all channels (retail and wholesale). This position is accountable for all local events, in-store experiences and other marketing initiatives which drive brand awareness, increase client engagement with the Zegna brand and drive strong returns on investments. The Sr. Marketing Manager has strong analytical, communications and presentation skills and is comfortable working cross-functionally. This position requires the candidate to be highly organized, detail-oriented and manage multiple projects at once. This position reports directly to the Sr. Vice President of Marketing and will manage a Marketing Coordinator. In this role you will be responsible for: Allocates and manages budget for respective marketing lines Collaborates on planning regional marketing strategy applying learnings/insights and suggesting innovative ideas Works closely with HQ team to design and validate local strategy and execution Establishes strong partnership with cross-functional teams to align on plans and execution (Retail, CRM, Visual Merchandising, Finance, etc.) Ensures all events (brand, retail, client experiences) are delivered in a seamless and elevated manner with a hands-on mindset Ensures all activations are designed to deliver strong ROMI Monitors competitive activities and identifies consumer trends/insights Proposes enhancements to events, retail activations and client experiences Owns and develops Mall relationships to maximize brand awareness and visibility through mall marketing platforms Establishes and leverages relationships with potential brand partners, i.e., organizations that are relevant for the Zegna brand (Amex, hospitality, art industry, etc.) Designs and delivers marketing activities to engage clients with the Zegna brand Owns all regional retail marketing activation including major local brand moments, i.e. Trunk Shows, local brand events and Pop-Ups / Pop-ins Supports HQ during key brand moments, i.e., Fashion Show Manages and develops Marketing Coordinator Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, MBA preferred 7+ years relevant work experience in luxury marketing and events management Ability to work independently & collaboratively with different levels within the organization Strong cross-functional leadership and organizational skills Business mindset/results driven Strategic mind, deep consumer understanding Proven success in creating integrated brand strategies The candidate is passionate about clients, luxury and experience Excellent communication, written and presentation skills Detail oriented, passion and high sensitivity for the luxury world Creative and innovative Incredible ability to deliver high touch brand experiences Strong Analytical skills Ability to problem solve and multi-task Budget management experience Team-oriented, builds bridges and inspires team 100k-120k + bonus and competative benefit offerings
