We are looking for a to find a dynamic Sales & Marketing (S&M) Business Analyst on a contractual basis. Your role is to serve as the critical link between our stakeholders and the technological solutions that propel us toward our corporate objectives. As the essence of a problem-solver, innovator, and communicator, you will be tasked with translating business needs into actionable user stories for our development teams, all while ensuring our digital solutions align perfectly with our goals.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

Forge partnerships with both business stakeholders and IT teams to pinpoint, outline, and prioritize technological needs at the project onset and throughout the business case development phase.Liaise with Solution Architects to offer insights into cost-effectiveness and risk considerations for proposed IT solutions.Collaborate with Project Managers and Product Owners in crafting strategies for requirements gathering and documentation for sanctioned projects.Identify both risks and impacts on current processes, proposing adept solutions.Create and oversee end-to-end test scenarios across multiple applications, ensuring seamless integration and functionality.Guide and enlighten business SMEs on the intricacies of project governance.Communicate intricate functional and non-functional requirements with clarity to all stakeholders, including Solution Architects.Oversee the comprehensive development of Business Requirements Documents (BRDs) and Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs) for sanctioned projects.Lead by example, conducting educational workshops and training sessions to bring all relevant teams up to speed.Execute regular quality reviews to guarantee the highest standards are met.

QUALIFICATIONS

A thorough background in Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) for enterprise agility.A minimum of three years' experience in Sales & Marketing, with a keen understanding of its fundamental concepts.Familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Learning Management Systems, Single Sign-On solutions (SSO), and/or Customer Identity Access Management (CIAM) tools is a plus.A communicator par excellence who isn't afraid to tackle challenges head-on, irrespective of differing opinions or roles.Previous experience in SQA/Verification is advantageous.A quick learner who thrives in ever-changing scenarios and is known for delivering exceptional results in new or challenging situations.A true embodiment of our company's core values, creating a space of inclusivity, authenticity, and humility.
