About the Position

Glatfelter Insurance Group is seeking an Integrated

Marketing Specialist

with a digital focus. Our newest associate will be responsible for developing and managing marketing campaigns and advertising programs that integrate digital and social marketing, advertising, public relations, sales promotion, video, web and more to deliver strategic content that engages and moves audiences. This position has a special focus on digital content and will help lead our program’s digital advertising and marketing strategies and tactics.

Key ResponsibilitiesDevelops and manages integrated marketing campaigns and other marketing projects and initiatives. Responsible for driving projects or campaigns and managing content needs and deliverables from other team members and potentially other departments.Develops and manages digital advertising campaigns. Duties include: leading digital strategy, developing advertising, overseeing ad delivery and setup, monitoring ad campaign progress and effectiveness and adjusting accordingly, reporting results.Leads content creation for regularly assigned divisions or projects. Routine content development includes social media, public relations, newsletters, articles, blogs, eblasts, ads, websites, landing pages and other MARCOM collateral.Assists marketing team on special projects and campaigns. Support can include anything from routine content development to special event planning, community relations, tradeshow, non-digital and digital advertising needs.Helps to drive and manage public relations needs, including award opportunities; industry best-of, lists and directories; news releases and feature article pitching/development.What We’re Looking For

Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related degreeMinimum of four (4) years’ work experience.Must have exceptional communication skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.Talented writer, communicator and creative thinker, with an ability to use data to make informed content marketing decisions.Must have strong communication and collaboration skills, both within the marketing team and company, as well as with external partners, clients and vendors.Ability to think strategically and develop content that will attract and engage customers.Ability to develop strategy for audience segmentation and personalization of content.
