The Product Team at The Bouqs is responsible for developing new digital features that improve the experience of our customers. The Senior Product Designer owns the design of the digital user experience across all digital experiences of The Bouqs Company. Your primary responsibility will be to act as the eyes of the customer, using data to identify opportunities and partner with stakeholders to prioritize key design opportunities within the digital experience. A successful candidate will have a proven track record of data-driven design, pixel perfect execution, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

Plan, design, and deliver designs for multi-feature projects and enhancements to existing features that are strategic, customer-focused, simple and intuitiveDefine the user experience, interactions, and user interface through user flows, information architecture, sketches and wireframes, and visual designTriangulate qualitative (e.g. usability studies) and quantitative (e.g. customer usage data) customer data to support your creative choicesMake trade-offs between short-term and long-term needs across multiple initiatives and gets cross-functional buy in when it comes to the design of the digital experienceUnderstand the customer base and how your work impacts the wider Bouqs ecosystemContinuously learn about our consumers, internal teams, competitors and marketQualifications:

5+ years relevant experience. Experience in DTC and/or subscription commerce a plusBachelor's degreeStrong verbal and written communicationAble to work collaboratively and individually within a fast-paced environmentDetail-oriented with strong organizational and project management skillsKnowledge and understanding of accessibility standardsExpertise in basic design principals (typography, composition, scale, color theory, etc.) and a deep understanding of how those principles work togetherExperience working in Figma, Fullstory and Webflow is a plusCompensation & Perks:
