SUMMARY

The goal of the Feeding Tampa Bay Experience department is to connect people with information and experiences that help them thrive, grow, and engage.

The Digital Media Manager will focus on our digital presence in support of these efforts to help Feeding Tampa Bay on its pathway to building people-focused solutions.

Requirements

Build audience journey across Feeding Tampa Bay's digital platformsPull and analyze data to determine best methods to reach and engage audiences (ie: by video, graphic, text, reel, photo, article, etc)Ensure website pantry schedules and listings are up to dateManage and grow Feeding Tampa Bay's editorial calendar and social media strategy, including FTBFYIMonitor compliance of corporate partner and grant requests, postings, and reportingsEstablish photography inventory for events, programs, and general useCreate graphic and animations as neededDevelop and execute digital strategies for various programs, events, and campaignsEngage with various audiences on behalf of Feeding Tampa Bay through digital mediumsReport and analyze digital data for campaigns, monthly dashboard, and eventsPlan, manage, and execute paid social campaigns as neededIdentify trends and insights, and optimize performance based on the insightsAnalyze Feeding Tampa Bay's audiences and platforms to determine areas for growthIdentify and target social media influencers or collaborations for Feeding Tampa Bay to pursue to reach new audiences or portray thought leadership on existing topics30% travel is required within the 10 counties servedOther duties and responsibilities as assignedEDUCATION, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

B.A. degree preferred; or four years' professional experience and/or equivalent combination of education and experience in appropriate fieldFirm grasp of available tools and platforms in the social media spaceStrong organization and time-management skillsHigh level of proficiency using Google Workspace and Adobe Master SuiteGraphic design experience preferredPhotography skills preferredAbility to juggle multiple projects with attention to detail and accuracy while adhering to deadlines in a high-energy, fast-paced environmentAbility to communicate in a professional manner with press, donors and community contactsExcellent oral, written and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to work as part of a team and independentlyMay be required to work some weekends and/or adjust work schedule to meet deadlinesExercise good judgment and discretion; strong ethical character capable of handling confidential informationConsistent form of transportation required and the ability to travel around the Tampa area on a regular basis
