About us : Hammer Made is a growing Minnesota based men's clothing designer with a distinctive collection of limited run shirts, apparel and accessories. With seven retail stores (soon to be eight), and a rapidly growing e-commerce presence, Hammer Made is looking to hire an In-House Digital Ad Manager to bolster our growing team.

Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Digital Advertising Manager to work at our HQ in Eden Prairie to lead and optimize our paid social and paid search campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of maximizing ROI through targeted digital advertising. You will spend most of every day in Meta Ads, launching new ads, tweaking copy and messaging, re-configuring ad layout, tracking CPM, CPC and ROAS. If you love A/B testing and optimizing and have an unwavering focus on constant improvement. If you have a great feel for paid search, and have placed many paid search buys, have a knack for identifying emerging digital advertising trends and the best opportunities for growing DTC sales, we want to meet with you!

Key Responsibilities:

You will be responsible for managing and executing our digital advertising strategy across various platforms, identifying high-impact opportunities to enhance our advertising efforts, and driving measurable growth in sales.

Campaign Management:

Develop, execute, and manage paid social and paid search campaigns (primarily Google Ads), ensuring they align with our overall marketing objectives and budget.Performance Optimization:

Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for optimization. Implement data-driven adjustments to improve ROI and achieve key performance indicators (KPIs).Strategy Development:

Create and refine digital advertising strategies that leverage paid social and paid search to maximize reach, engagement, and conversions.Budget Management:

Oversee and manage advertising budgets, ensuring effective allocation and spending to achieve the highest possible return on investment.Market Research:

Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative approaches into our advertising strategies.Reporting and Analytics:

Prepare regular performance reports and presentations, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Utilize tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, and social media analytics platforms.Collaboration:

Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, creative, and sales, to ensure advertising efforts are aligned with overall company goals and messaging.Ad Creative and Copy:

Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and creative that resonate with target audiences and drive engagement.Testing and Experimentation:

Implement A/B testing and other experimental approaches to determine the most effective ad strategies and tactics.Vendor and Platform Management:

Manage relationships with advertising platforms and vendors, ensuring effective use of tools and resources.Time Management and meeting deadlines : Strong time management skills and ability to meet deadlines is a must.What We Offer:

Requirements

Experience:

Proven experience in managing paid social and paid search campaigns, with a strong understanding of Google Ads and social media advertising platforms.

Skills:

Expertise in digital advertising strategies, campaign optimization, budget management, and performance analysis.

Analytical Ability:

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings and recommendations clearly and effectively.

Creativity:

Ability to think creatively and strategically, with a focus on innovative solutions to drive advertising success.

Detail-Oriented:

High attention to detail with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field preferred.

Certifications:

Google Ads certification and other relevant digital advertising certifications are a plus.

Salary Description

90,000.00 - $110,000.00
