We are looking for an EXPERIENCED Healthcare Advisor (Marketing/Sales rep) to help us grow our business. Hospice Sales is REQUIRED for consideration. The ideal candidate will also have an established referral base. We are open to PT or contracting work as well with the right candidate

We are looking for a candidate who is self-motivated and looking to make a difference and help our patients and clients across a continuum of care.
The primary responsibilities would be to:
• Growth of the referral base for all businesses
• Identifying opportunities within the senior communities by reaching out to assisted living, memory care, adult family homes, hospitals, and doctors.
• Responsible for achieving and exceeding of admission goals.
• Building collaborative working relationships with referral sources and internal team members.
• Develop Relationships with key facility leaders in a legal and compliant manner.
• Help assess the appropriateness of services to clients/patients for next level of care.
• Demonstrate the technical selling skills and product knowledge necessary to effectively presen our company and what makes us unique.
• Partner with the clinical team to ensure that highest level of service and support to our patients, referral sources, and community.
