Marketing Manager - Content and Operations

ESC's premier clients' Device Solutions team is seeking a self-driven Marketing Manager to help launch and drive awareness and adoption of a new b2b solution. In this role, you will be responsible for driving strategy, development, and execution of high-impact marketing content, email marketing and operational workflows, as well as marketing campaigns on a range of digital platforms. This includes Channel Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing Campaigns, Email Marketing, Marketing Analytics, Market Automation, Marketing Communications, Marketing Strategy and Marketing Writing. The ideal candidate has an interest in technology, an entrepreneurial spirit, and a successful track record in building and executing integrated marketing campaigns. This role is a hybrid position, reporting 1-2 days on site in New York, NY.

Job responsibilities:

Develop and execute end-to-end email marketing campaigns, including list management, content creation, automation, and reportingLeverage internal systems and tools to build, schedule, and optimize email workflows and nurture sequencesContinuously test and refine email elements to improve engagement and conversionsOversee the creation of engaging, conversion-focused content across digital channels (web, social, email, etc.)Partner with cross-functional teams to ideate, produce, and optimize assets like videos, blog posts, web pages, and digital adsEstablish a scalable content production process to ensure consistent, high-quality outputAnalyze performance data to refine the content strategyPlan and deliver online campaigns as well as campaigns on clients' .comManage a network of outsourced creative and production resourcesDesign, implement, and maintain marketing automation infrastructure and systemsDevelop and optimize lead generation, nurturing, and conversion flowsOversee marketing analytics and reporting to inform decision-makingAct as a strategic advisor to the broader marketing teamQualifications:

5+ years of experience in a marketing management roleProven track record of successful marketing strategy and campaign executionStrong project management and operational skills to coordinate cross-functional effortsAbility to effectively manage a network of outsourced resourcesExcellent analytical and data-driven decision-making abilitiesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsExperience leading and motivating cross-functional teamsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
