Our Organic Outreach Manager is a full-time remote role offering a competitive salary of $135K to $150K based on experience and fit for the role, this role is your gateway to shaping our digital footprint. Lead the charge in crafting and executing cutting-edge outreach strategies, driving visibility and engagement across search engines. With a keen eye for detail and a passion for data-driven insights, you'll optimize our online presence and propel us towards digital prominence.

Position Overview:

We are seeking an innovative Organic Outreach Manager with a flair for crafting compelling narratives and a deep understanding of SEO principles. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic link building campaigns that enhance our brand's online presence and improve organic search rankings. You will leverage your expertise to build and maintain relationships with key publishers, influencers, and industry leaders to drive high-quality backlinks and amplify our digital footprint.

Key Responsibilities for the Organic SEO Manager:Develop and Execute Link Strategie s: Create and implement comprehensive link building campaigns that align with our brand's objectives to drive organic search visibility here in the US.Publishers:

Build and maintain strong relationships with website owners, bloggers, journalists and influencers to gain high-quality and relevant website placements which include link backs to our website.Content Ideation:

Help produce engaging and shareable content, such as infographics, listicles, comparisons, unique data interest points and thought leadership pieces, to secure mass website coverage with the intent to improve search engine rankings and our organic brand awareness.Performance Tracking:

Establish dashboards and key executive reports to monitor and analyze the performance of our organic outreach campaigns, and key competitors using analytics and other tools to scale reach, while using a data-driven approach to adjust strategies based on insights, trends, and networks to maximize effectiveness.Trend Monitoring:

Stay updated on industry trends, SEO developments, and emerging organic outreach techniques to keep our strategies innovative and effective.Collaboration : Work closely with internal teams, including content creators, SEO specialists, our PR expert, and social media manager, to ensure cohesive and impactful outreach marketing efforts.SEO Integration : Utilize SEO best practices to enhance publisher initiatives which pair with keyword research and on-page optimization to bolster our outreach strategies.Skills, Competencies, and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or commensurate experienceProven experience in organic outreach, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns and publisher placements.In-depth knowledge of SEO principles, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and link-building best practices.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a knack for creating compelling content.Strong relationships with key industry contacts to infiltrate and influence across various industries.Proficiency in organic outreach and SEO tools, such as Google Analytics, Ahrefs, Prowly, BuzzSumo, Fractl, and/or similar platforms.Ability to think creatively, strategically, and analytically to solve problems and drive results.We Offer:
