We are looking for a CRM Associate who understands how to drive activation and usage through effective customer engagement. The CRM Associate will be a key contributor in creating a personalized Novo customer experience that drives engagement across our product features and offerings. Your curiosity drives you to consistently ideate and implement data-driven experiments that optimize the product funnels, create innovative stories, and provide customer value. And to achieve this, you collaborate effectively with stakeholder teams such as Product, Data, Engineering, and Design to bring your ideas to life. Main responsibilities include:

Launch and optimize customer communications across various lifecycle stages to drive conversion and engagementManage multi-channel engagement campaigns to support GTM and re-engagement strategies for key products and featuresAnalyze email campaign performance and provide insights and recommendations to further improve CRM effortsGrow customer segmentation and targeting capabilities to further scale automation campaignsDrive and track A/B testing plans that optimize the customer experience and generate incremental conversions (includes design updates, segmentation, and promotions)Partner cross-functionally with Product, Design, Data, and Engineering to deliver compelling and personalized communications to customersRequirements for the Role:2-4 years of experience in CRM, Lifecycle, and EngagementHands-on experience working with ESPs (Braze, Iterable, Customer.io, etc) and building emails and email campaignsExperience working with cross-functional teams in Product Marketing, Engineering, Product, Design, Data Science, Customer SuccessCritical thinking and problem solving with a positive attitudeStrong project management skills and a great attention to detailData-driven, solutions-oriented and love a challengeHow We Define Success:You grow activation rates on various product features and offeringsYou build on the health of our communications channels with creative ideas and flawless executionYou bring insights and recommendations to create the optimal customer experienceNice to Have, But Not Required:Start-up experience a plusMulti-channel communications experience (email, push, SMS)HTML/CSS abilitiesExperienced in liquid coding for dynamic content and personalization

Salary Range (NYC): $80,000- 90,000 annualized salary. This range is not inclusive of discretionary bonus or equity package, offers to be determined based on experience, education and skill set. The range for this same position may be lower or higher in markets outside of New York City.
