Correll Insurance Group has an immediate position for a full-time Producer/Manager in our Brevard, North Carolina location.
The Producer/Manager will oversee the Office Staff and Account Managers and be responsible for the day-to-day general operations of the office. Provide weekly and/or daily direction and management to assist with personnel development and customer service. Market client accounts and relationships, as well as bring in new clients.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
: • Prepare client renewals and new business strategies, including proposals and presentations, while ensuring agreement with client's requests/requirements
• Presents and explains insurance policy options based upon prospective client needs and their personal goals.
• Ensure proper resources within the organization are available to the client and introduce new products through other core business groups, where appropriate
• Be outstanding at relationship building.
• Provide exceptional customer service.
• Thoroughly understand and follow all underwriting, rating, and compliance requirements.
• Maintain relationships with carrier representatives, staying abreast of new products, carrier procedural changes and market trends
• Foster strong relationships with our customers to maintain a high level of client retention.
• Responds to all inquiries, cancellation requests, and sales requests within a specified timeframe.
• Document sales and prospecting information
• Attend training sessions, courses, etc. to maintain up-to-date skills
