Position SummaryCreates a consultative relationship with service line management, demonstrating understanding of business objectives, and applying marketing solutions and support through back-end and front-line management of organizational website and content creation. Assists in developing marketing communications strategies. Facilitates internal and external marketing communications plans tailored to key stakeholders, focused on product lines and programs that support the health system's mission and strategic business goals. Ensures consistent messaging and brand adherence for Med Center Health and its affiliates.

Minimum QualificationsWork ExperienceTwo years of progressive experience in web design, SEO and information architecture or related experience required.Demonstrated experience with Wordpress CMS required.Healthcare marketing experience preferred.

EducationBachelor's degree in CIS, Web Graphic Design, Digital Marketing or related degree required.

Assesses marketing communications needs and facilitates tactical implementation of corporate/brand identity and targeted product line marketing communications plans that incorporate data, environmental assessment, competitive analysis, etc. to promote and drive volume; monitors results and outputs for quality, consistency and market relevance. Facilitates corporate communications systems to inform, educate, and support business objectives. Monitors adherence to corporate/brand identity.Conducts day-to-day management and facilitation and build-out of organizational websites, including content updates, creation of new pages in alignments with strategic goals, and working with IT and external vendors to troubleshoot issues and measure effectiveness.Develops concepts and content, writing/editing of branded print, web and digital media collateral for both internal and external use. Edits and proofreads communications materials to ensure grammatical, corporate and social accuracy.Develops content and assists with internal/external communication including serving as backup for dissemination of weekly e-newsletter and Visix digital signage.Responsible for generation of monthly analytic reports on website performance metrics.Works with marketing team to implement web, email and digital media campaigns relative to organizational or strategic activities and initiatives, including preparation of internal/external communications plans and messaging.Independently serves on internal committees on behalf of the Marketing Department as needed.Stays abreast of web marketing and communications best practices, trends and technology; stays current with software and equipment needs.
