Social & Community ManagerLocation: New York or London (onsite)Base Salary Range: $142,000 - $200,000

As a Social & Community Manager at X, you'll embody the X brand to engage directly with our global community from our official company channels. This role will create content on behalf of key X handles, contributing to the editorial strategy and telling our story on our own platform. You should be an enthusiastic and knowledgeable X user with experience in social media management, copywriting, and community engagement.

Responsibilities

Support and manage content strategy for company X handlesMonitor post requests and facilitate the creation of copy in partnership with xfn stakeholdersSupport executive content distributionCoordinate proactive content and campaigns from idea to execution, including ideating, copywriting, facilitating xfn review/sign off, publishing, and reportingContribute to global editorial calendar for updates on every aspect of the platform and companyUtilize social listening and measurement tools to monitor, participate in, and report on conversations and content from our official handlesCoordinate reply strategies to complement proactive content and build community with our users, partners, and brandsServe as a knowledge source for other teams managing social handles at the company; provide help with ad hoc copy requests and guidance on best practicesSkills and experience

7+ years social media experience, with deep experience and understanding of X and the broader platform landscapeAn "always-on" mindset, combined with the creativity and flexibility to jump into conversations quickly and thoughtfullyExcellent written and verbal communication skills, organizational skills, and impeccable attention to detailFlexibility; open to changing priorities and managing multiple tasks simultaneously within compressed timeframesCreative thinking and problem-solving skills
