Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies to increase brand awareness and drive engagement with our target audienceCreate and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedInMonitor and analyze social media metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and make data-driven recommendations for improvementStay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in social media marketingCollaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive messaging and align social media efforts with overall marketing objectivesManage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, and optimizationRespond to customer inquiries and comments on our social media channels in a timely and professional mannerBuild and maintain relationships with influencers and industry professionals to expand our social media reachRequirements
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related fieldProven experience in managing social media platforms and developing effective social media strategiesExcellent writing and editing skills, with a strong attention to detailProficient in using social media management tools and analytics platformsStrong understanding of social media trends and best practicesAbility to think creatively and generate new ideas for social media contentStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teamsBenefits
