ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR OF DIGITAL CONTENT

Are you an Associate Director of Digital Content? If you have a passion for digital content strategy, experience managing others, and the ability to look at things from both an analytical and creative perspective, this unique opportunity may be for you We are looking to hire a fulltime permanent Digital Content Associate Director to lead and support brand strategy. This position is responsible for translating marketing strategies into digital content strategy, and will develop content strategy aligned with short-term and long-term marketing targets. This position will have a team of 5 creative direct reports and will oversee development, execution and delivery of digital content across all our channels. The ideal candidate should know how to apply data analytics to personalize and optimize content. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in combination with 3 to 5 years of specific content/digital/creative experience required Management experience required Excellent organizational, planning, analytical, problem solving, and interpersonal skills paired with top creative skills and out of the box thinking Deadline driven leader in a fast-paced environment who can work under unusual or extreme pressure, with the ability to multi-task Uncompromising attention to detail Excellent verbal and written communications skills Experience with various social media platforms and related analytics such as Instagram, Facebook, Tik Tok, Pinterest, and Youtube Expert computer literacy, being able to work with various operating system technologies and software programs.
