The Finance Lead will report to Oncology Sr. Finance Manager, and ensuring high standards of brand finance business support to therapeutic GMs and Business leads. This individual will collaborate across a variety of cross-functional partners including INTL leadership team, IMCO Oncology Marketing team, IMCO Marketing Analytics and Business Insights, IMAP and INTL Areas and countries.+ Consolidates affiliate/Area product P&L actuals/projections to be utilized in Plan, LBE, and LRP submissions+ Support the communication of monthly IMCO Oncology actual sales results/future period sales forecasts to Commercial VP and Marketing Lead Team+ Works directly with Commercial, IMAP, Finance and Market Analytics and Business Insight teams to address various business issues and provide solutions through analytical problem-solving+ Leads Commercial Model development for on-market assets, and partners with commercial development team for pipeline assets.+ Assist in asset launch preparation through the development of clear brand guidance, SG&A investment analysis, volume scenarios and ad-hock analysis.+ Support scenario planning based on business needs including product launch scenarios, channel/product mix impacts and other key business drivers.+ Understanding business dynamics to help Marketing/Sales teams make appropriate decisions.+ Partner with AD and Sr. Finance Manager to find solutions to simplify/streamline reporting through the use of various tools including standard excel models/Power Bi/etc.Qualifications+ BS/BA in Analytics, Mathematics/Statistics, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, or Marketing preferred+ A minimum of 7 years combined experience in analytics, forecasting, and/or financial planning and analysis is required.+ Strong analytical, technical, and problem-solving skills, along with good interpersonal skills to effectively work with all levels of management+ Ability to prioritize and quickly understand issues and assess data integrity is critical due to challenging deadlines+ Knowledge of BPC, SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Power Bi and financial modeling skills are required+ Ability to work independently and self-starter, supporting the business and forecasting leadership in variety of locations.+ Excellent communication and presentation skillsPrevious pharmaceutical and forecasting experience preferredAdditional InformationApplicable only to applicants applying to a position in any location with pay disclosure requirements under state or local law: ??+ The compensation range described below is the range of possible base pay compensation that the Company believes in good faith it will pay for this role at the time of this posting based on the job grade for this position.
