Required Skills & Experience5+ years of experience design, content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.Master in FigmaProficient in Microsoft suite applicationsCommunication great at presenting, influencing and researchWhat You Will Be Doing

Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for experience design, such as content design, design programs, design research and strategy, or product design.Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term experience design challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.Develop and execute customer experience solutions by employing a broad array of user centered design tools including customer experience brief, site strategy, wireframes or visual mockups, site layouts, site maps, taxonomies, navigation schematics, task flows, design briefs, key screens, templates, prototypesReview and analyze business, user and technical requirements that require research, evaluation, and selection of alternativesCollaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, and managers to resolve issues and achieve goalsDesign, develops, tests, and refines prototypesPresent and defend designs and key milestone deliverables to peers and direct managersYou will receive the following benefits:
