M-F, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., flexible work schedule possible.

As a member of our exempt work force there could be occasions when a commitment beyond the normal workweek may be required.

SALARY RANGE: $57,000 to $60,000

GENERAL DESCRIPTION:

Reporting to the director of enrollment marketing, the Email and Marketing Specialist is responsible for the creation, implementation and ongoing management of admissions marketing content, with particular focus on email communications to prospective students throughout the enrollment funnel. The Email and Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, creating, implementing, and measuring the effectiveness of individually targeted communications, using data to ensure progress toward recruitment and enrollment goals.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Admissions Marketing

Assist with research on best practices and apply available internal data and analyses in support of planning and optimization.Provide project management for assigned projects, sharing status reports and reviews as required.Work with partners across the College to produce collateral like emails, fact sheets, brochures, postcards and articles.Assist with the review/updating of printed and digital publications and ensure that content is current, consistent and accurate.Oversee and update the virtual campus tour, reporting regularly on analytics and visitor analysis.Email Communications

Oversee the creation and publishing of the College's recruitment email communications, building campaigns that enhance engagement, drive conversions, and support enrollment objectives.Work closely with the College’s CRM Manager and Slate CRM system to implement email communications related to admissions, events, tours, and enrollment initiatives.Maintain a communications calendar that aligns with and supports key dates and events.Create, edit, and manage all email content (written, images, and video), maintaining consistent messaging and voice that aligns with the College’s brand and style.Develop impactful calls-to-action that align with the needs and touch-points of the prospect and student life cycle.Track and report on email performance, using analytics to monitor, test and optimize the effectiveness of individual messages and collective communication flows.General

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required.Three or more years’ experience in admissions, marketing, communications, or related field.Excellent project management skills.Strong cross-functional engagement and collaboration skills.Excellent written and verbal communications skills.Excellent organization skills with attention to detail.Proficient computer skills and ability to learn content management and CRM systems. (Experience with Slate CRM preferred.)Ability to work as part of a team.Ability to manage a fast-paced, multi-task work environment and meet deadlines.Professional demeanor.
