You're an expert on knowing our products and customers, and how to connect them. You'll contribute to external and internal communications, positioning, messaging, naming, collateral development, and participate in market and competitive analyses to draw valuable insights that drive sales. You'll collaborate closely with the product, sales and engineering teams to synthesize insights into go-to-market strategies for our Pulse for Corporate Security solution for the Enterprise sector.

The opportunity

Develop a thorough understanding of the Pulse for Corporate Security solution in order to effectively communicate our unique value proposition

Capture and understand the market needs and core use cases of our customers and communicate those needs to our product, sales, and engineering teams

Conduct market and competitive research, and provide recommendations on our product vision, strategy, naming, and brand positioning (Make us stand apart from other options)

Work closely with product and sales teams to craft engaging written and visual digital content (e.g., videos, blogs, web pages, infographics, presentations, white papers) that support the customer's journey

Design and execute digital marketing strategies and messaging to drive increased engagement and awareness of Dataminr solutions

Speak at industry and company-wide events

Track content engagement and product adoption metrics to ensure we achieve high levels of engagement/adoption/success

Work as part of a team developing customers into advocates to increase brand awareness and build a sense of community

What you bring

BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience, MBA a is strongly preferred

5-7 years of experience in product marketing

2-5 years of experience working in or with corporate security, government security, or public safety

Have a strong knowledge and understanding on how mass communications, travel security, and incident management technologies can be leveraged to create greater operational efficiencies

Experience in product positioning, messaging, with proven success at planning and executing GTM activities to increase sales conversion for technical software solutions

Experience collaborating with others to help build brand awareness and increase market share

Experience marketing enterprise SaaS products across different vertical industries

Ability to understand complex technologies (AI, machine learning, security), their unique value proposition, and how to communicate that in an effective and compelling way

Colorado, New York, California, Washington only: The salary range for this position is as indicated below. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location, applicant skills, and prior relevant experience, among other factors.Colorado: $126,000 - $144,000New York/California/Washington: $140,000 - $160,000
