About the Role
The Senior Manager, Digital Marketing will be responsible for managing the company's website and all digital marketing channels. This role requires extensive experience in the life science tools market, proficiency in website development and management, and expertise in SEO optimization and analytics. The ideal candidate will also have experience in developing e-commerce solutions and driving recurring revenue through various digital platforms.

Primary responsibilities for this role include:Develop, build, and maintain the company's website, ensuring it is optimized for user experience and SEO.Manage the day-to-day operations of the website, including updates, content management, and troubleshooting.Oversee all digital marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and digital advertising, to drive traffic and engagement.Drive demand and revenue through other digital platforms, leveraging experience with various social media channels.Utilize analytics to monitor website performance, generate insights, and implement optimizations to improve user experience and conversion rates.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, service, product management and product marketing, to align digital strategies with overall business goals.Develop and implement e-commerce strategies, including the creation and management of an online shop.Drive recurring revenue through effective digital marketing campaigns and e-commerce initiatives.Stay current with industry trends and best practices in website management, SEO, and digital marketing, including recent updates and developments.We are ideally looking for someone with the following skills and experience:
Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.At least 10 years of experience in digital marketing and website management within the life science market, preferably with a life science tools provider.Proven track record of developing and managing websites, with knowledge of best website and e-commerce platforms.Experience in managing digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media.Extensive experience in SEO optimization and analytics tools.Strong experience in driving demand and revenue through various digital platforms, including social media.Experience in the development of e-commerce solutions and driving recurring revenue.Expertise with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems.Fully familiar with recent updates and developments in digital marketing.Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.We know there is no such thing as the perfect candidate and that there is great value in transferrable skills, so please don't feel you have to tick all of the above boxes to apply!
