The ideal candidate for this role is required to have a bachelor's degree, and an MBA is preferred. Industry experience in watches, strong project management skills, excellent communication and content creation abilities, along with 8+ years of marketing or merchandising experience are required. Retail experience is advantageous. We are looking for a proactive, flexible, innovative, and passionate individual with the ability to travel. Proficiency in Excel, Canva, and PowerPoint is essential. Proficiency in French is a plus.

What are we expecting from you?

Reporting to the Director of Marketing, you will be responsible for encompassing Poetic Complications™, Extraordinary Dials™ and Objects, as well as Jewels That Tell time™, is responsible for transmitting expertise with boutique sales teams, internal corporate partners and potentially directly to the clients. This role is responsible for executing the Maison's vision and strategy for the category, as well as adapting the strategy to the specificities of the Americas market. The candidate will lead and inspire team product segment experts in their roles to further their contributions to the business opportunities, propose strategic recommendations and implement action plans accordingly.

In this role, you will:

Cultivate and implement Marketing strategy for Timepieces in line with global and local business directionCollaborate with the International Marketing team on all Marketing aspects and business topics - align with global launch calendar and animation strategy and provide feedback on local adjustment and specificitiesOrchestrate 360 product strategy adapted to local context and build awareness for the Timepiece category, in collaboration with regional departments and HQ (Retail, Communications, CRM, Supply Chain, Training) to reach business objectives. Plan launch calendar and activations, support events and animations with product selection and training, ensure balance and adequate support to each product categoryLead and inspire team product segment experts in their roles to further their contributions to the businessParticipate in the definition and implementation of the strategic plansProvide sales, market and trend analysis to help direct and develop local strategiesWork with Retail and Supply chain to create and maintain budget and alignment on forecast projectionsEnsure that the unique and rare stock is purposefully leveraged to maximize client opportunities and sales potentialEnsure daily business needs and special events are supported with product expertise (Picus, Intranet, Price Lists, Event Booklets, Product expertise trainings) and client facing toolsManage the Timepiece Marketing team budget

Expected Salary Range- $130k - $140k/yearly

This role is eligible for annual bonus
